Questions?? Last Payment of Chapter 13 in 1 day!!

Well I will make my last payment this Wed.  Sent off a check Friday to pay it off and it is almost a year early in a 100% payback plan.  Got a quick question I'm wanting to buy a new house ASAP I've owned my current home 11 years and was never later or missed a payment until I filed chapter13 and trustee here requires you to put your house in.  The neighborhood I live in is being bought up by people that are renting them out plus we have a new young son so we need the room.  I'm going over CR trying to get ready to have everything in order although I've been trying to keep tabs on it.  How hard will it be to get financed for FHA coming out of chapter 13.  I was never late and never missed a payment.

I can't tell you how easy or hard it will be to get financed for housing because it isn't something I plan on doing until 2016 when my credit is clear and I have a nice down payment saved up...

At any rate, my response is in regards to you wanting to buy a house ASAP and having just sent off the final payment.

I sent my final Ch 13 payment in Feb 2013... and got my discharge in May.  It's not a fast process.

Thanks trc2k13! I have a feeling it's going to take some time but trying to get my ducks in order.  I have about 30k in equity in my house right now.  I got a comfortable range I want to stay in and will not over extend.  Anyone had luck getting approved coming right out of chapter 13?
