Hi, real quick question..I've got several accounts showing Open but included in BK. How much is that affecting my score? I disputed with EQ and waiting on TU's current investigation to finish to have them verify them on there. Just curious!

If the accounts have a zero balance do not dispute them off. Accounts listed as open will help your scores. However, you should expect that sometime soon the lenders will likely update them show them as closed -- but while they still show open it helps you.
Was yours a ch7 or ch13 bankruptcy? What is the date of your discharge? Creditors have a reasonable period of time to update your tradeline records to reflect an accurate status after discharge. It is very rare for tradelines to remain open and active after a ch7 discharge. Even if being reported as open, it does not necessarily mean that a tradeline is open and active.
Our BK was a Chapter 7 Discharged 04/15 and thanks Scrupa like yours too...lol. I'm also still trying to get equifax and Experian to remove that our house was included in our BK when It was reaffirmed and now we have another servicing company that's reporting it as open current no missed payments???
