Really need help!

Hi everyone! ThanKs in advance for any help.

I filed chapter 13 in 2011 but I asked to be dismissed a month later because I figures I could just follow the Hippa dispute process.

Well that didn't go to smoothly and now I've filed a chapter 7 this month. I'm worried that now I'll have 2 bankruptcies on my CR. Is there anything I can so about the chapter 13 since I asked to be dismissed myself?

What do you mean by anything you can say? The Ch 13 will remain on your CR's for 10 years since it was dismissed.
