Remove tax lien paid through chapter 13

We recently (1 month) converted our chapter 13 to a chapter 7 and just received the final trustee balance sheet showing who was paid what before the 13 was closed. The state of Ohio has a tax lien on both our reports for 577 but on the final chapter 13 report it shows $640 paid to Ohio attorney generals office.

How can we get the lien removed since its obvious it was paid.
