Repo vs IIBK Citifinancial Auto, Transouth Financial, Arcadia Financial, Auto One

Big Problem Need Heeelp!  DV did not include all account history info how should I handle this?  I DV Citifinancial Auto and they sent me a copy of the contact and date of payment history they did not include the information from the OC which was Transouth Financial. I have an acct w/ Transouth Financial -repo that was charged off in 2/13/03 was repo in 12/02.  I found out that when I file BK7 in 12/06 and Discharged 3/07 the lawyer included in my BK and I was not aware of it until it started showing on my report as IIBK on 2/11/08. My EQ report now show Citi Financial Auto current status IIBK 7 ,closed 4/07,DOFD 9/02.  My EQ report from 1/12/08 shows CitiFinancial Auto current status Repo,  CLOSE DATE BLANK, DOFD BLANK, Acct history with status code 06/01= 30days late,7/01 30dys late, 8/01 30dys late, 9/01 60dys late,6/02 90dys late, 10/02 30 dys late, 11/02 60 dys late and Items as of Date Reported 12/02. Shouldn't 6/01 report as the DOFD?  Why did the wait a year and 2mths before they decided to report this acct as IIBK?

If my BK 7 have been discharged and this acct was included in the BK should this acct show discharge not just IIBK?

Again Experian Reflect the DOFD as 6/01 and not 9/02
Will my date to drop off state over from the date the BK was filed?
meaning supposed to be 6/2008 vs. 12/2013

was this account made current after your BK filing?  If so, that can reset the dates.  If it was repo'd and included in your BK, then should reflect filing date I think.  Did you dispute with the credit bureau's?

Re: Repo vs IIBK Citifinancial Auto, Transouth Financial, Arcadia Financial, Auto One

This car was a repo in 12/02 and I did not file BK 7 until 12/06 and I dispute with the credit agencies and they keep saying it coming back as verified.  I DV  CitiFinancial Auto and they did validate the debt which was incomplete.  The acct OC was Transouth Financial until Citifancial took over. The acct did not show IIBK until 2/08 AS "0" which that was it has be showing for day one. The lawyer pulled my cr and seen the Transouth acct and included them with the BK.
