Santander completely removed Auto Loan since filing

Filed bk7 2/5/14.

341 was 3/3/14.

I checked pulled all 3 reports about 2 days ago (I wanted to start cleaning early so I can get a new car soon post discharge) and there is absolutely no Auto loan on my reports.

Is that normal? I haven't made a pmt since Nov 2013 either. Are they about to repo? *bites nailes*

I checked PACER and didn't see any motion or filing to lift the automatic stay (unless I looked on the wrong page).

Some lenders are known for doing it. Don't worry. Santander is one of them. And you'll have your car until discharge.

One Main Financial did it to me. Dropped off completely once I filed.

Yes, that is normal. I too had Santander and they removed all payment history and the account completely during my BK. I allowed them to repo the car after BK because I found a better car and got a better loan 9.9 VS 24% so it made more sense for me besides the fact I was having car trouble. They did not and could not report it as a repo. My lawyer said the only way to get payment history is to reaffirm the loan which he advised me not to do because if I did BK would not cover the debt.
