So I paid my chapter 13 off in February almost 1 year early and well I still have not got my discharge. Seems I'm getting told stories and no action. Trusted says they are waiting for attorney to file A/O and the attorneys say they gave it to the trustees attorney. Getting real frustrated as I paid back 100 percent secured and unsecured. There is nothing left to pay except my monthly mortgage and they are still deducting from my pay check.
anyone else got any stories? I'm frustrated and have no clue when I will discharge as it seems I can't get a straight answer!
