Timeline for EE

Does anyone know the timeline for EE of CH 13 from each CRA? I filed on 11/16/2011, trying to determine when I need to starting contacting the CRA concerning removal.

TU - 6 months early

EX - 3 months early

EQ - 1 month early

The timeframe is based on 7 years after your filing date. You could realistically get an EE:

TU - May

EX - August

EQ - October

This is correct.  But I would start with TU now.  My BK13 is due to fall off in August 2018 and I submitted an EE online and it was removed.  I did the same with EQ.  Although they did NOT remove the BK, they did remove 2 of the 4 accounts that are still reporting negative payment info on my report.  I haven't bothered with EX.  I'm just going to wait until the above timelines for EQ and EX.

I have a similar post on this board.  I filed 5/11 and was discharged 8/16.  Last night I requested EE from all 3 CRA.  Today, TU deleted from my file.  Waiting for more info from EQ and EX.

Update

I requested EE from Transunion via phone on the 23 and it was removed on the 24! I also requested from Exp and Equ just waiting on the decision.

Does this timeframe apply to CH 7 excect for it's based on 10 years? And that's based on the filing date, not the discharge date?  I filed CH7 June 23, 09. I'm starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel so I'm planning when I might be able to speed up the process a little. The BK is the last negative thing on my reports.

Yes, the same timeframe would apply to get an EE for basically any derog. For BKs, the 7 or 10 year wait always begins at the filing date.

So a 6/09 BK7 would hit 10 years at 6/19. You could likely see it get EE'd in 1/19 for TU, 3/19 for EX and 5/19 for EQ. But asking a few months earlier might work. In the meantime, just keep on time with payments.
