I recently got discharged 9/24. Super excited!! I have a credit one cc and credit builder loan already. I am also trying to clean up my credit report at same time. I had a house that I included in bankrupcty that was originally with BOA. Well BOA Transfer/Sold to Nationstar Mortgage and that one shows IIB on my credit report. However the BOA still shows Transfer/Sold with a $0. It this correct or should the BOA come off since it was Transfer/Sold? Any help is greatly appreciated!
