Two Bankruptcies

Back in 2008, I filed a for a personal bankruptcy. My first attorney was difficult at best so I cancelled my action with him. Six months later, I filed again with a different counsel and completed it. But now I have two actions on my record and in reality only one was completed. Can I get the first one removed from my credit record?

Here is a good thread to read:

It appears that it will remain on your credit report for 10 years from filing.
