Hi All,
I'm behind on my electric and gas bills, but on a payment plan for both. I'm filing Chapter 7 tomorrow, and since my attorney told me to list all debt, I handed him those past due balances as well.
I'm so afraid of them closing my current account and opening a new one, immediately demanding a deposit of $300 or something, when my past due amounts on each are both around $200. I will ask my attorney tomorrow, but I just wanted to know if anyone knows offhand if I can just keep paying them according to my payment plan even though they are included in my BK?
