Your atty has to do something to get the lien removed, We have a lein on our home and we are awaiting discharge in Sept, it cost us an additional $ 300 to have the leain removed otherwise if you try to sell your home you will have more issues to deal with, hope that helps.

I'm in MD too. Dispute with the credit bureaus.  If that doesn't work, take a copy of your petition to the court, file a motion to vacate, attach all documents and wait for the judge to make a decision. Most likely, the judgement will be dismissed and deleted from your report. I hope this helps.
