Before filing, my scores were ~660's on all three. Then scores didn't change much when I filed and after discharge. Scores were in the siggy. Had a nice bump after I got approved for credit one few days after discharged. It reported last month so scores got ~+20 points boost on each. Have lots of inquiries on each especially EX. Went to a car dealership after discharged and they pulled credit at least 10 times. Oh well. I should be in the 600's after 6 months post BK. I can't seem to get another card though. No one else would approve me, even capital one
- Chapter 7
- Don't recall how many accounts but roughly $35,000 in total
- Don't know what AAOA is lol.
- Started 2015 with scores around 500. Filed in February. NOTE: I also had a $50,000 IRS lien in the county court. Long story on it's own but simply put, they were treating me like the CRIMINAL rather than the VICTIM of Tax Refund Fraud. The lien was removed and my numbers went up 40-50 points even before my 341 meeting. Four days after discharge in June, my numbers went UP 30-40 points to around 600.
- Credit lines total $6300 on my 4 cards.Currently ranging from 610-650 because my utlization is high at the moment. In the last couple of months: we moved, car needed tires, alignment, brakes, I'm in the midst of a root canal which is $1200 out of pocket. So "by the ratings rules" lol, my $4000 balances make my utilization very high - they'll be cut in half over the next few months so I'll deal with "low" scores for now - but that $4000 is my only debt. Over paying minimum payments and saving a car down payment at the same time.
