How about Penfed, Pentagon Federal CU? They're a pretty good credit union to work with.

SDFCU is another good one.

I have accounts at Penfed, they don't seem to offer secured loans, only unsecured, and it's too soon after your BK for that. But good you have savings with them, when you get your scores up & some distance between you and BK discharge they may be helpful in credit cards or unsecured personal loans.
