Why are they reporting late

I just pulled a credit report and several of my accounts are reporting late.  I was just discharged so is this the normal ebb and flow of things and it will clear up or is this something I need to dispute for every account showing late that was NEVER EVER paid late .... its unfair that up to the date we filed BK that everything was currant...they should not be allowed to report anything late....any advice?

Before my husband and I filed, we too never paid late on anything and didn't have any derogs on our credit besides the BK filing. As long as the accounts were not late prior to filing, they shouldn't be reporting as such. You'll need to go to each CB and dispute each item on your credit that's reporting incorrectly. If anyhting, it should just report no data or an X (for TU) instead of reporting 30/60/90/120 days late since that's inaccurate.
