Is it a bad thing if an IIB account is reporting "Included in Chapter 7" if it was really a Chapter 13? Would this cause the IIB account to stay on for 10 years or would it just fall off at the 7 year mark like it should for a Chapter 13. Also...does it reporting that way affect FICO score at all or is it even adverse at all?
