i file for bk on april 2009 and discharged on july 2009. i have been disputing dt credit for almost 6 months now. dt credit will not changed status from repossession to included in bankruptcy and on top of that on sept 2009 dt credit put down Repossession key and my score gone down 20 pts. the car was repo on aug 2004. i believed. i called dt credit the rep told me that the account was sold/transfer and they dont have to changed the status. is that true? also if they did can not add information, like repossession . need help too fix this problem. thanks.
