new collections post bk

2 accounts that I included in my BK showed up as collection accounts today. I'm almost exactly 1 year post bk. They were both IIB and showed up on TU and EQ today with comments saying discharged in BK. My question is this, are they allowed to report this negative information almost a year later? Very dissapoint in as I almost hat a score of 700 and the score took a 100 point drop. Ugh so frustrating!

Had they already fallen off your reports or are they being reported for the first time?

im not really sure. This is the first i have ever heard of them. I think they were bills that were included in my BK that had not yet hit my credit report. (if that makes sense)

i disputed it with the bureau's. TU deleted it within a day, have yet to hear back with EQ
