I was discharged from bankruptcy in November of last year and I put everything under bankruptcy. The question I have is that now I'm trying to rebuild credit and the onlyvhtong I still have on my credit that I could not include in bankruptcy is a student loan from pathfinder credit for $2935 that's in collections. I want to start paying the monthly payment again this month but is there a way I can get them to show that I'm back paying on it or deletion when the loan is paid in full. And also the car company still reports repo on my credit and will not come get the car. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I also just applied for a first premier card and got approved any advise!!!!!
