10 years from the month of filing. So, if you filed in February 1998, it should fall in Feb 08; March 1, 2008 at the very latest.
Once you hit the 10 year mark, i.e. you filed 2/5/98 and it is now 2/5/08, dispute it with the CRA's as an obsolete item and it should get deleted.
