BK's age off based on date of filing rather than discharge.

So CH 7's will report for about ten years from filing date.

My BK fell off recently in Jan 2013 (after 10 years) I did a short sale on my condo in 2011 - skipped 2 months of payments so my credit report shows 60 days late on that mortgage. Just got notice that my fico score dropped from 696 to 666 a month after the BK fell off. A little discouraging because I was expecting an increase, but now understand that the 2 months of late payments has more effect on my score now that the BK is gone.

Yes. Making any late payments after BK looks very bad to lenders. You are supposed to be a model citizen from here on out. Try to be perfect for now on. :-)

My BK 7 will fall of in Aug...can't wait! My BK 13 fell off in Oct. No late payments since BK. I'm looking for a big increase...crossing fingers.

My chapter 7 was filed on 2-1-03 and has fallen off my experian fako, equifax fako and credit karma (transunion fako).  Does this mean they are definatly off my true fico reports?

Yes. All those sites pull your REAL credit report to give you a FAKE credit score. Technically, the credit scores aren't  fake. Just usually unhelpful. 

Congratuations. Pull your credit report on this site and let us know how much of a score bump you got.

TY.  I'm gonna pull my reports as soon as my util updates after the first of the month.  Bankruptcy gone plus util going from 35% to 1%.
