American Express business credit cards

I have applied for a American Express SPG Business credit card and Iknow I am personally responsably. Other person in the same company has a American Express Rewards Business crediot card, with a chance to go to a consolidation for lack of payment. I know AEX will send that info to his personal credit report. My quedtion is: will AEX link to the Business Credit Card SPG I applied, close it and send it to my personal credit report? just because is of the same company? or given the fact that there are two different persons responsably will not? Thanks

My experience is Amex goes after the person who applied. I sold a biz that  had Amex cards for the employees.  New owner did not pay. So I had to pay. I sued the new owner.  Amex closed my card over it.  I applied this year and got back in it was many years later.
