Amex Blue for Business

I applied last friday for the Amex Blue for Business card.  This is the response I received.

"Thank you for your application for the Blue for Business from American Express.  We have processed your application but we need more information before notifying you of our decision."

Unsure what this means.  Is it a no, verification or what?

They'll tranfer you and good luck

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Amex Blue for Business

Letter states too many inquires in the last 12 months, ahem, I'm approaching a year since last EX HP. 11 year old small tax lien. It was on there last year when I was approved for the Amex Hilton and it was on there in 2014 when I was approved for the Amex ED too.

My guess is its the INQ's and I can tell you for sure they looked at more than EX

If you look at your CR's you'll see Amex tends to SP all 3 CB's so don't assume it was based entirely on that CR

In fact I've seen 3 different company names with different addresses

Question how many HP's in 12 months?

I keep track of my soft pulls. They soft pulled TU a year ago. Never again. Never a soft pull on EQ.
