180 days applies to all Amex products across business and personal.  I got SimplyCash a month after getting the BCE, after getting CLI for BCE on the 61st day, I tried to do the same with SimplyCash when it hit 61 days and was told I have to wait 180 days from my last CLI on the BCE.
