Applied for Chase ink. got a letter. What does it mean?

They said that they couldn't  process the application because of this:

Physical street address for authorizing officer

Does anyone know what that means.

Need to verify address with them ...give them a call and if that's the only reason your approved just have to proved address

My street address is one of those odd ones that shows up as being non valid. Ever since I moved here, no more instant approvals. I sure miss the rush of getting that approved message. But I still get the approval after a call. Good luck, OP. Hope you get the good news.
