Call one of the personal card backdoor and when they type in your social they will then see it's a business app and transfer you to the analysts for that.
or tell them it's a business and hopefully they can help you... I really thought we had added a good business number to the forum under backdoor but I only see all the personal and FIA and Fidelity... update one if you get one but usually I have just been transferred when calling myself.
