Best Bank for Construction Business

My question is simple. 

What is the best bank for a new construction start-up?

We will need checking, LOC, and CCs. Please give me your suggestions.

I would suggest a local credit union. There isnt always a "best" bank for different type of business (meaning it doesnt matter if youre into IT, Construction, Software/Web development, etc.). If you go with a normal bank, make sure to take note of the fees, ways they are waived, and their features that may be useful for you. Shop around, ask questions with the bank officer.
