Will they be looking at my personal DTI?

 

I'm a 1/4th partner in this deal, we need a 30k LOC. My scores are 700-720 or so right now. The LLC that I will be applying under is a couple years old but I don't think they've done anything with it.

Starting: EQ: 490 TU: ??? EX: ???
Current: EQ: 717 TU: 757 EX: 736 (lender)
Goal: 800+
