Capital One Company Name and Tax Change...

I'm SHOCKED to report it was EASY!

i had to mail in letter with my title with my request to change the company name on my card:

attach a bank statement for the new company

the State filing

The EIN

how I wanted the card to read and contact information if changed.

its been like less than 2 weeks and I got an email that a new card was mailed and I'm so forgetful I was like, new card? Whatever just capital one, it arrived yesterday and it's my new company!!!

the letter telling me they did the change came today!!

That's awesome, glad to hear it went smoothly! I have been wondering about how the process works for that if someday I decide to do a company name change. Thanks for sharing your experience.
