So, does the 5/24 rule apply if you app for a business card under a business EIN?

You might get better responses in the business forum, but from what I've seen, they will still look at your personal info for some of their business accounts. Not all of them are under the 5/24 rule, but I believe both Ink cards are

Yes it does, it's PG with your credit so they will decline for 5/24 on certain cards, and OP this should go under "business credit"
