So, does the 5/24 rule apply if you app for a business card under a business EIN?

Re: Chase 5/24 Business EIN Question

You might get better responses in the business forum, but from what I've seen, they will still look at your personal info for some of their business accounts. Not all of them are under the 5/24 rule, but I believe both Ink cards are

State Farm Rewards (3,000) ~ Marvel MC (1,500) ~ PenFed Power Cash (5,000) ~ PenFed Promise (6,000) ~ PenFed OLOC (500) ~ Discover ($1,000) ~ Citi DC (1,700) ~ NFCU cashRewards (6,200) ~ NFCU Platinum (1,700) ~ NFCU CLOC (15,000) ~ QuickSilver Visa (10,300) ~ DCU Visa (5,000) ~ Chase Freedom Unlimited (3,000) ~ Amex Hilton Honors (5,000) ~ Amex SPG Business (3,000) ~ Care Credit (12,000)

Yes it does, it's PG with your credit so they will decline for 5/24 on certain cards, and OP this should go under "business credit" Smiley Happy

Re: Chase 5/24 Business EIN Question

Hi there OP,

I have removed the cross post on this from the CC forum as its against forum rules to do so. I thank you for your understanding on this.

"If there's a lack of money in your life, understand that feeling worried, envious, jealous, disappointed, discouraged, doubtful or fearful about money can never bring more money to you, because those feelings come from a lack of gratitude for the money you have."

"Reactions are powerful creators because they contain every element needed to manifest—they're a combination of thought, belief, and feeling in action. Positive reactions create more positive things, and negative reactions create more negative things. If you can respond to negative situations calmly and lightly, instead of with emotional turbulence, what happens next in your life will be so much better."
