My mom applied for the Business Chase Ink Card

The letter wanted proof of business name and EIN and Address
Sent them electric bill, IRS EIN Form.
I just called the automated system says its pending 7-10 days
Is that bad?
Last week got a letter requesting some documents....

When she loggs in.... she doesnt see the account... do you need to wait to get the physical card and then add it?
She will have to call the number on the back of her card and have Chase link the business card to her online profile. It isnt done automatically like the personal cards...expect that call to take about 20-30 minutes. Congrats to your mom
