I have this card and got the same bonus as you, about a year and a half ago. It does NOT report to the personal credit bureaus. My biggest gripe about it is no balance transfer offers ever. I have some BoA business card balances that I wish I could move over, but several customer service agents have told me that Citi business card products never have BT opportunities. Other than that, it's a decent card to have.
