DandB Credit - Dept of Revenue Judgement Lien - Can i remove?

I am a small business owner and just noticed, upon pulling a Duns and Bradstreet credit report, a judgement lien from the DOR. This was adjusted and paid on 6/2014.

How can i remove this?

Option #1 - Ask the Florida DoR to remove from DNB. (not holding my breath)

Option #2 - Contact DNB and follow their dispute process. Was the lien placed improperly?
