My TU is pretty much fixed as good as it's going to get and since they pulled that for our CLI and it's mixed rather they pull EQ or TU for new accounts (or both) I applied for the Business Cash Card and got pending, I called instantly and got transferred to credit department and she stated the EQ was frozen and I would need to unfreeze and then they could process.
I asked about using a TU and she said no.
I said oh I thought you would use TU because that's what you pulled for our "it" CLI
she said they always pull TU for CLI but for new account EQ and she would not pull a TU for the app I would have to unfreeze.
oh well, not today, my disputes won't be complete on EQ until next week.
