If it sounds to good to be true, its probably is. You cannot really "buy" tradelines. That could possibly get a red flag on your credit profile. You might want to talk to a business attorney to see if it is a good idea.
UPDATE: After a quick research on the website you can find most of the "clients" or "customers" at http://www.gottradelines.com/ (another scam website). Unless proven otherwise, the website you listed is also a scam. In the long run, build your own business credit with vendors and creditors.
