Good Morning
I am making my first attempt at Cap 1 Spark Classic today and want to do the app over the phone but not with customer service. I want to speak with the people who handle the accounts sort of like credit solutions for synchrony but for Cap1 i think they are credit specialists or advisors its been so long since I applied for a Cap 1 and dealing everyday with synch bank ive gotten used to the term credit soutions.
Can anyone tell me what they are known as because I called Cap 1 and asked for a credit specialist and they had know idea what i was talking about.
Oh and if you have a direct number that would be great as well.
