There is a 70K offer floating around, at least in Chase branches, so I would SM Chase when you get the card and see if they will match it. It's for $5K spend.

I will send a SM and see if they will match it. And no, I don't have the Cash one. I just got the AMEX Business Gold with the 75k points. That's a $10k spend there in 3 months between the two cards. I will be able to meet it with no issues but that's enough for now.
