Yes this is for their regular LOC biz product. We use them exclusively for our buisness for everything.
Besides the nfcu commercial loan application, since it is over $25k you will need the following:
*NFCU Personal financial Statement
*Two years of personal tax returns
*two years of business tax returns
*two years of personal W2
*a detailed breakdown on how the LOC will be used and how often you plan to draw from it
*A company business plan

Quick update: after getting approved on 10/13 I finally received my visa card in the mail on 11/5. They definitely aren't in a hurry
