Most of my business spend is at lowes. The other is labor. I have a ton of inquiries on my reports. How sensitive are they to inqs? Should I garden so that there are not many left? My EX inqs will be significantly reduced by Feb 2013.
Is it like personal where a decline will only cost a SP since I'm already an amex cardmember?
