Comenity, GE/Sync and then of course some even smaller banks can offer products but depending how big you are currently and looking to be I would really look into the Comenity route not to mention they offer options like shopping cart trick, sp pre-approvals, and all sorts of things that if you notice on the forumn over in the personal credit side, many of us love sp credit card options!!
