When does Chase assess Foreign Transaction Fees?

So I have the Ink Cash and a few weeks ago I inadvertently made an overseas transaction using this card vs my travel card which waives the FTF. My statement cut yesterday and it's not showing any fees for foreign transactions so I just wanted to ask someone who's had Chase charge a FTF when they usually will assess this fee? The end of the quarter/year?

Hmm mine hasn't been assessed at all and I know this should be assessed because it has been on all my other non-travel cards.
