So I've had my Discover More card for a little over 6 months now. Didn't get an auto CLI, so I did the following:

Logged in to my Discover online account, the CLI button prompted me to call 1-800-DISCOVER.
Called the 1-800 #, after submitting CLI request thru the automated system, got transferred to customer service.
Customer service rep took my CLI request, got increased to 10.5k from 10k (soft pull).
A while later, I called back to do a hard pull CLI request to 15k. Got the "pending" message.
I checked my online account this morning, saw my new 15k credit limit. (TU hard for me in NY.)
Final attempt: wanted 20k. Called the backdoor # listed as: Discover: 888-676-3695 (Recon) <- was told this is for "New Accounts"; got transferred to the CLI dept at 800-347-4856, Result: CLI recon attempt to 20k denied; CLI from 10k to 15k successful!!!!

Wow congrats! I had my discover more for over 6 months but everytime i press the luv button it says to call them but they tell me its going to result in a hp.
