My platinum spade lasted for one week! I apped in store and forgot to ask if I'm getting store card or discover. Anyone know which # I can call to find out?

I think depending on how high/low your FICO score is, if you don't get the Discover Wally card, you'll get the stripped down version with the opportunity to upgrade to the Discover version within a year.

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

@If you were approved for the Walmart Discover you can contact their C/S @ 1-866-611-1148. Alternatively, the automated system should be able to provide the info.

That's a pretty high starting CL! I was only approved for 800CL when I got it on 1/27/13. It grew to 7500CL in October by calling Credit Solutions every 2-4 months. I called to get a CLD to 5000 in November because I got recently approved for AMEX BCP and the Freedom.

I have low income so I didn't want to end up with the dreaded "too much available credit to income" message from creditors.
