I just got approved for the Discover It. I have the regular design and hubby has the NY Skyline design. So I was unable to compare it with the old version to see if it was better.
Barclays was the most pleasant recon experience I ever had. Never thought they would say, "You were denied BUT I'd like to ask you some questions to see if we can get you approved today". What? Huh? (In my head) OK! (Out loud) LOL!

From what i heard on these forums, I think you can PC after 1 year. I called the Recon# posted on pg 5. Congrats on your approval kampfer!
