Best Buy-Cap1 CLI

One day short of the one year mark .. hit the "luv button" and instant CLI from 1800 to 2700. (presently carrying a $900 balance) Better than expected thought I might get a measly 100 since Cap 1 took over.... pleasantly surprised Smiley Happy

Everything I understand from this forum and my personal experience is taht it is a soft pull only. It never asked for permission to access my cr's and that seems to be the general consensus around here ..

How long do you have to have the card before the luv button shows up?

 

I do not see that option when I log into my account. I have had the card for 3 months.

Thats great!! currently my dad has requested a cli but has had a no go because his UTL is extremely HIGH so until then we shall see. but congrats on your CLI
