Agree, I usually keep a small balance on one of my cards, but ended up paying it off during escrow.

I got a HP on TU for mine. Apped for the Club card, then decided to request a CLI on my 3-2-1 card. Limits been at 4,100 since I opened the card in 2007. Got it converted from a $59 AF card to a non-AF in April.

Requested 10k, got a 'We'll let you know in 7-10 days'. Thought it was a decline so I froze TU again. Pulled my reports in Credit Secure this morning and see my available credit shoot up, they approved it for 10k. Should've asked for 15 or more but I wasn't in the mood to be greedy.
