I recently did a BT to my Citi Simplicity card, which I opened in January. The initial credit limit was $7,000.00, and I did a BT for $6,200 to it this month. Last night, I submitted a CLI request to $12,000.00. They called this morning to verify my information and said the request was approved. Way to go Citi!
