I just got approved for the chase amazon visa with a $1500 limit. It's my highest limit now. Hopefully this helps me get a freedom later on.

i also went for the discover it but I got the 5-7 days message. I have tried to check the status of the application online and I get an error message that says "There was an error retrieving your application. Please try again."

not sure if the application didn't go through or I just have to wait.

Congrats on the Chase approval! Give Discover a call it seems a lot of time they want to verify things. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats! I got the Freedom with a $2,000 CL before I got the Amazon Rewards card with a $1k limit, so hopefully when you DO get a Freedom, you'll get a better limit than mine!

Congrats! I was approved for the chase amazon visa not that long ago (after being denied for the freedom card twice already this year) applied for the freedom about a month after I had my chase amazon card and was approved for $2,000 so good luck with your freedom approval once you decide to apply
