Chase Freedom

So I have been rebuilding my credit for the past 2 years.... Started out with in the 500's several negative charge offs. Just bought my first home last month,  Increased most of my limits I had but I wanted to get a big boy card finally so figured I would try chase. Want to close out some of my smaller limit cards with fees.  Score TU is around 700 was approved for 3.5k. I also have  around 25% utilization current as well and my mortgage I don't think is reporting yet.

Hope that helps anyone looking at this card.
